Location: Santee, CA.
Full Time: M-F 8:00 am to 4:30pm

Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall warehouse operations and is a mandatory hands-on supervisory position. Operations include finished goods receipt, storage, pick, pack, ship and receiving and verification of raw materials to purchase order specifications. Direct responsibilities include resource management, material handling, equipment specification and procurement, responsible for inventory accuracy, on-time shipment of customer orders, shipping and receiving processes, safety, and overall continuous improvement.

Primary Functions include:
• Daily receiving and shipping tasks
• Oversight of assigned personnel, capacity management, health and safety
• Inventory accuracy
• Implementation of company directives
• Supervise, develop, coach, and mentor employees

Specific experience requirements include:
Warehouse Management Skills
Freight Management Experience a Must
Forklift certified

Education:
Bachelors in Business or related area strongly preferred.

Knowledge and skills:
Experience using ERP systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work overtime hours (including weekends or evenings) when required.
Customer service focused
Proven warehouse operations skills required including picking and receiving process flows, storage optimization, and inventory control.
Solid knowledge of transportation processes and carriers.

Salary: DOE
Full Time M-F 8:00 am to 4:30pm
