Order & Shipping Policies

MasterCraft uses a secure server to provide you the ease of online ordering. We have designed our system to create a web shopping experience that is as convenient as possible. Within 24 hours you should receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please send an e-mail to sales@mastercraftsafety.com to let us know. Please include your daytime phone number. We will promptly respond. Shipping

Shipping and handling is charged to the purchaser's order. MasterCraft uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for most shipments. Mastercraft ships your order via UPS Standard Ground Service (prepaid only) unless otherwise specified. This is the most economical way to ship via UPS. For faster delivery, Overnight (Red Label), 2-Day (Blue Label) or 3-Day Select (Orange Label) service is available at additional expense.

Freight carriers will be unitized for certain oversized shipments.

UPS will e-mail the purchaser a shipping notice with tracking number after your order ships from our warehouse.

All products are shipped FOB from our Santee, CA and Indianapolis, IN locations.

Terms:
Standard Terms are Approved Credit Card only. Your credit card will be charged at time of order placement.

Delivery Time:
We make every effort to build and ship your order in a timely manner. Please allow 2-4 weeks for most seat orders to be shipped. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for most accessory orders to be shipped. Transit times from our facility to you varies based on the distance your order is shipped. Contact MasterCraft for order status.

Cancellations:
Orders on any special ordered items cannot be canceled. If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for any reason, please contact our sales department before you place an order. Most orders cannot be stopped once processed and put into production.

Limited Warranty:
MasterCraft Race Products warrants to the original purchaser that all products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase date. MasterCraft will repair or replace at our option any parts found defective within the limited warranty period. This warranty does not cover labor or freight charges that may be incurred. All returns must have prior authorization and proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover products subjected to accidents, negligence, alterations, abuse or improper installation.

Safety Warning:
No warranty or representation is made to these products' ability to protect the user from injury or death. Be advised that automobile racing and other forms of motorsport are dangerous and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stress involved. The user assumes that risk and all responsibilities.

Return Policy:
To return a product you purchased (please return new products in original condition and original packaging with invoice), or a product that requires service or inspection, please call 317.852.3067 for a Return Authorization Number.

No Returns After 30 Days From Purchase

Please note that all authorized returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. In lieu of the re-stocking fee, at Impact Racing, Inc.'s sole discretion, a 100% credit may be available for future purchases or exchange.

Custom made items, such as, but not limited to: Custom Suits, Suits with alterations, Suits with added embroidery, Dye Sublimated Shirts, Custom Window Nets, Custom Seating, and Products ordered with options, etc... are not eligible for return. Restraints and Limit Straps are not eligible for return. Clearance and Close Out items are not eligible for return.

Products that have been installed, modified, or have missing parts are not eligible for return.

Impact Racing, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping. Please contact your Impact sales representative for full details.

Products returned without Return Goods Authorization jeopardize their eligibility for a refund.

Please note that refunds will be given on parts only less restocking fees and excludes shipping, labor, and any other charges.

If you receive a package that has obvious damage (i.e. tears, holes, or crushed box) you may either:
a) deny the shipment immediately if the carrier is present or
b) file a Damaged Shipment Claim within 10 business days with the carrier. Claims cannot be made after 10 days of delivery. If the carrier is no longer present and the option to deny receipt of the package is not available, retain all packaging for use during the claims process.
